Unlike a traditional day spa that focuses on individual treatments, the Nordic spa emphasizes self-guided hydrotherapy in nature-inspired pools, saunas, and relaxation spaces.
We recommend beginning with heat (such as a sauna or hot pool), then moving briefly to cold (a plunge pool, cool shower, or outdoor immersion), and finishing with a quiet period of rest. Repeating this sequence three or more times, at your own pace, offers the most complete therapeutic effect.

The Nordic spa experience is designed to provide a serene and restorative atmosphere within an adult-only setting. Guests must be 18 years and older to visit the Nordic Spa.
